Founded October 1st of 2020. A small shop with big personality and you can find us laughing, singing and dancing with our very beloved guests. What are your hours?

We book clients on Monday - Saturday between 9am-6pm 

Where are you located?

Salon Black is located in the heart of the North Valley, in the Flying Star shopping center. 

Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes, as long as we have availability we will take walk-ins.

Where CAN I park?

Salon Black has a parking lot that does get busy between 11am-2pm. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to secure a spot. If you cannot find parking, there is also parking available across the street. 

Am I a good CANDIDATE for extensions? 

Yes, yes, yes! We pride ourselves on the ability to give any density, hair color, or texture the luxurious hair of their dreams.

The ability to wear it straight or wavy, up or down, we got you!
Our job is to educate you on what will work best for your current hair and lifestyle. 

What Method of extensions do you use? 

We offer a combination of hand-tied extension methods as well as a hybrid method of wefts + keratin bonds+tape-in.

Every stylist is trained to provide consistent results that you’ll only find at Salon Black.

Do you color match the extensions?

Yes. If it’s not perfect, we will color them to make sure they are perfect. 

How much do extensions cost?

Our stylists are best known for curly haircuts, ethnic hair styling, extensions, haircolor and lightening.

DOes salon black offer SILK PRESSES?

Yes, you can book it under the Silky AF service.

WHAT IS A SILK PRESS?

A Silk Press is a temporary smoothing service that is done with a combination of products, blow drying and a flatiron. A Silk Press lasts until your next shampoo.

We do our best to achieve your hair goals, however we may not always hit the mark. If that’s the case, we will happily adjust our work. Contact us with in 14 days of your original service to schedule an adjustment.

This only applies to haircuts, tone, color fading within one wash & color bleeds. We will not take the hair lighter during an adjustment.

HAIR ADJUSTMENT POLICY

Guests have 14 days to exchange or receive store credit on any products purchased. The product must be in its original, unused condition. Store credit can be issued via account credit or gift certificate. No exceptions will be made. 



PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

We guarantee that all information obtained for company use, whether it be contact information, credit cards, tax and social security numbers, etc, is kept private and is not given away, sold, or traded for any reason under any circumstance.



PRIVACY POLICY

In order to book any appointment, we require a credit card on file to uphold our cancellation policy.

We have a non-biased cancellation policy. You must cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you fail to do so and cancel ANYTIME after the 48 hour window, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.

Day of cancelations (within 24 hours), rescheduled appointments and no shows will be charged 100% of the service total. This fee is non-refundable and nontransferable. Fee MUST be collected before any future appointments may be scheduled.
