Yes, as long as we have availability we will take walk-ins but we strongly suggest making an appointment!
Salon Black has a parking lot that does get busy between 11am-2pm. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to secure a spot. If you cannot find parking, there is also parking available across the street.

A Silk Press is a temporary smoothing service that is done with a combination of products, blow drying and a flatiron. A Silk Press lasts until your next shampoo.
We do our best to achieve your hair goals, however we may not always hit the mark. If that’s the case, we will happily adjust our work. Contact us with in 14 days of your original service to schedule an adjustment.
This only applies to haircuts, tone, color fading within one wash & color bleeds. We will not take the hair lighter during an adjustment.
WE DO NOT DO REFUNDS ON HAIR SERVICES
Guests have 14 days to exchange or receive store credit on any products purchased. The product must be in its original, unused condition. Store credit can be issued via account credit or gift certificate. No exceptions will be made.
We guarantee that all information obtained for company use, whether it be contact information, credit cards, etc, is kept private and is not given away, sold, or traded for any reason under any circumstance.
In order to book any appointment, we require a credit card on file to uphold our cancellation policy.
We have a non-biased cancellation policy. You must cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment start time. If you fail to do so and cancel/reschedule ANYTIME after the 24 hour window, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.
Fee MUST be collected before any future appointments may be scheduled.
