We do our best to achieve your hair goals, however we may not always hit the mark. If that’s the case, we will happily adjust our work. Contact us with in 14 days of your original service to schedule an adjustment.
This only applies to haircuts, tone, color fading within one wash & color bleeds. We will not take the hair lighter during an adjustment.

Guests have 14 days to exchange or receive store credit on any products purchased. The product must be in its original, unused condition. Store credit can be issued via account credit or gift certificate. No exceptions will be made.
We guarantee that all information obtained for company use, whether it be contact information, credit cards, etc, is kept private and is not given away, sold, or traded for any reason under any circumstance.
In order to book any appointments, we require a credit/debit card on file to uphold our cancellation policy.
if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours prior to the start time of your appointment in order to allow our stylists to have plenty of time to rebook the space that was reserved for you.
If you aren't able to cancel or reschedule prior to the 24 hour mark, by providing your card on file, you agree to these terms and a fee of 50% of the services reserved will be collected. Please note that guests that same day no-call/no-show will be rebooked at the stylist’s discretion.
By providing your card information on your file, you also agree to not dispute any charges once a fee is collected or services are rendered.
Our parking lot can get busy! Please give yourself a little extra time just in case! Also, we encourage using a credit or debit card for payment at our salon. We will accept cash as a form of payment but please be advised that for safety, we do not keep a cash register on the premises, so change may be limited!
